JuvaLips currently offers free United States Postal Service Priority Mail shipping for all US orders of Juvalips. Most packages hit their destination in the United States between 2-4 days. Packages are issued a tracking number so that we can attempt to verify delivery if needed. Orders placed Monday through Thursday generally ship the following day, with orders placed on Friday shipping the following Monday. In most instances, you will receive an “Order Complete” e-mail with USPS tracking information back to your original order e-mail. Unfortunately, we cannot dictate delivery instructions for your packages such as “leave by the back door” so please have us ship to a safe, valid address.

If any product manufactured by JuvaLips fails due to workmanship or a material defect we will repair or replace, at our option, for a period of ONE YEAR beyond the original purchase date. Your proof of purchase may be required. Please save a copy of your original invoice.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your JuvaLips product you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges for up to 30 days after the date of original sale.
